Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales:
- Greet customers and listen to vehicle concerns
- Create repair orders and explain services clearly
- Provide repair estimates and get customer approval
- Upsell recommended maintenance and repairs
- Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Shop Management:
- Schedule appointments and manage workflow.
- Assign jobs to technicians.
- Order parts and track inventory.
- Monitor labor hours and productivity.
- Ensure quality control before vehicle delivery.
Administrative Duties:
- Prepare invoices and collect payments.
- Work with insurance companies when needed.
- Maintain service records and documentation.
- Track daily/weekly sales and performance metrics.
